How soon can I start?
As soon as you sign up, you will be redirected to an onboarding calendar. Choose a convenient time to jump on a zoom with us to get all setup. In the meantime record 1 or 2 selfie videos on your phone welcoming visitors to your website and a call to action, that will be used on your website. The video can always be changed later, but you'll want something to start with at the onboarding.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes. Just email us before your next billing date. If you are on our annual plan, you will not be charged for the next year.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or switch to annual to save?
Yes. Just let us know what you would like to do before your next billing date.
What if I don't want to be on video?
While we always think it's best for you (the owner or representative of the business) to welcome visitors and build that 'know, like and trust' factor, we understand video is not for everyone. Just ask us about our professional actors and we'll handle the video for you.
